$33-million Residences at Roseland Golf Club
A new luxury residential development is coming to Windsor’s historic Roseland Golf Club, bringing an elevated condominium community and a modernized clubhouse experience to the site.
Selected by the City of Windsor, Valente Development Corporation and Bear Construction and Engineering Inc. will deliver a four-storey condominium building featuring 48 upscale residential units overlooking the renowned Roseland Golf Course. Suites will range from approximately 700 to 1,500 square feet and include a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts designed to appeal to a wide range of homeowners.
Mayor Drew Dilkens described the project as one that “honours the past and reinvigorates the future” of the Roseland property, noting the development aligns with the city’s long-term vision for the site.
The development will also include 83 parking spaces, with the majority located underground to preserve the character and aesthetics of the property.
Alongside the residential component, the project includes the construction of a new 5,600-square-foot golf clubhouse anticipated to open in 2027. The facility will feature a bar and lounge area, kitchen, meeting space, golf academy teaching area, bag drop, updated amenities, and a 2,000-square-foot covered outdoor patio overlooking the course.
Developer Peter Valente described the project as an opportunity to create “a truly exceptional residential community” that reflects “the prestige, beauty, and legacy of Roseland itself.”
Construction of the condominium development is anticipated to be completed in late 2028.
