Position Overview

Architecttura is seeking an Architectural Designer – BIM and 3D Visualization Specialist to join our Windsor office. This role is ideal for a creative and technically skilled professional with a strong focus on design visualization and BIM-based project delivery.

The successful candidate will contribute to a wide range of projects, primarily during the concept and schematic design phases, producing high-quality renderings and drawing packages while collaborating closely with project teams.

This position will lead to progressively increasing responsibilities with the capacity to work on multiple projects as part of the growth plans of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models for a variety of project types
• Produce interior and exterior architectural renderings for concept and schematic design phases
• Collaborate with project teams to support design development and visualization efforts
• Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and design reviews
• Work within a BIM environment to develop and coordinate project documentation
• Participate in all phases of project development as required
• Conduct site visits and assist with field reviews and reporting

Required Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD within a BIM environment

Position Overview

Architecttura is seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer to join our Toronto office, with a focus on hospitality projects. This role is suited for a creative, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working across all phases of design, from concept through construction.

The ideal candidate brings strong creative and technical capability, design sensibility, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and consultants.

Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual designs in collaboration with the project team and Project Manager to communicate ideas to clients and stakeholders
• Research, source, and specify finishes, furniture systems, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
• Produce design and construction documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D Visualization software across all project phases, including programming, schematic design, and working drawings
• Conduct site audits and field reviews to document existing conditions
• Support contract administration activities during construction, including reviewing shop drawings, RFIs, and site instructions
• Coordinate drawing packages and ensure alignment with internal project delivery standards
• Prepare and manage authority submission packages, including building permit approvals
